As usual, I used pencils for the colours. I pressed down as hard as I could, and I tried to get a head start on the skin tones several days earlier so they didn't come out as patchy as they normally do. I think it turned out a lot better for this image. However, for stuff like the tattoo and the shotgun leg, I used thin-tipped felt pens. For the shotgun leg, this was in order to get the metallic feel down.
For the chocolate itself, I used a brown felt pen. I wanted to use a thicker one, but I could only find a thin-tipped one. That said, I still think the colours stood out well - it was a light brown, but the colour became darker the more I used it. It didn't turn up so vividly on the colour pencils, most notably with Boomstick's hands, but I like how it made the chocolate stains look.
